"Paradox Live 4th Anniversary" x JOYSOUND Direct Store Collaboration Campaign
Apology and Exchange Notice for Original Coasters

Regarding the original coasters for the "Paradox Live 4th Anniversary" x JOYSOUND Direct Store Collaboration Campaign, which began distribution on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, it has been discovered that there is an error in the design of "Kanata Yatonokami" out of the 31 random coasters.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

We would like to distribute the coasters with the correct design on Friday, May 17th or Saturday, May 18th (as soon as they are delivered to each store). Until then, the coasters distributed will include some with typographical errors. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask for your understanding.
For customers who have drawn the coasters in question, we will either exchange them at the store after the exchange start date, or invalidate the coaster and redraw it.

For customers who already have the affected products, we will exchange them for products with the correct design. If you would like to return or exchange the product, we ask that you please visit your nearest JOYSOUND store after the exchange start date.
