Paradox Live Content Guidelines
Thank you for using Paradox Live (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").

The Service has established the following guidelines (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines") for the purpose of ensuring that as many people as possible can enjoy the Service with peace of mind.
Please understand and comply with the Guidelines, and enjoy the Service, use of its materials, and derivative works within the scope set forth in the Guidelines.

1. Scope of these Guidelines
These Guidelines are intended for use by individuals and unincorporated entities.
The Guidelines do not apply to use by companies or organizations with legal personality. If a company or organization with a legal personality wishes to use the Service's copyrighted materials, engage in secondary creative activities, or engage in creative activities that exceed the criteria of these Guidelines, please contact the Service in advance.

2. Use of Materials within the Service
(1) Images and videos
Images and videos used within the Service (official materials published by the Service's official YouTube and official X (formerly Twitter) accounts, etc.) may be used as long as they are within the scope of non-commercial personal enjoyment.
For example, you can use them as standbys for smartphones and tablets, or on iKON on social networking sites for personal use. The images are also available on the official website.

(2) Text and Scenarios
You may use the text and scenarios in the service as long as you do not include excessive spoilers in your quotations. In this case, please be considerate to customers who have not read the text. Please refrain from using them beyond the scope of quotations.
When translating and quoting, please take the above considerations into account.

(3) Music and sound sources
The use, copying, importing, reproduction, or distribution of any music or sound source used in the Service is prohibited.
However, official sound sources distributed on "TikTok" or "Instagram" may be used within the service.


3. Secondary Creation
(1) Conditions and Criteria for Permitted Secondary Creation
The Service allows the free creation, exhibition, distribution, etc. of derivative works only for "non-commercial purposes" that are not intended to generate profit.
Specifically, the following conditions must be met in order to fall within the scope of non-commercial purposes
i) Direct sales (mail order sales are also acceptable on a small scale)
ii) Total cumulative sales quantity is within 200 units
iii) Estimated sales and sales amount are less than 100,000 yen (excluding tax).
In the case of noncommercial publications and other coterie activities (secondary works such as manga, illustrations, novels, and other works of one's own creation based on the Service) that do not appear to be overly commercial in nature, they will be considered within the scope of noncommercial purposes regardless of the estimated sales amount or sales method described above.
In addition, use within the scope of a hobby, and compensation for the cost of raw materials, tools, and other expenses incurred in the production of the work, shall also be considered within the scope of non-profit purposes.

(2) Secondary use and secondary creative works
Secondary use and secondary creation are permitted as long as they are creative in nature.
Use of images or logos from the service in a less creative manner, such as diversion, reproduction, or tracing, is prohibited.
Specifically, the following types of content may be used for secondary use or secondary creation
(i) Creation, display, and distribution of illustrations, fanzines, manga, novels, etc.
ii) Creation and distribution of figures and other three-dimensional objects
iii) Creation and distribution of cosplay costumes (for all ages)
iv) Cosplay of characters (for all ages), publication and distribution of cosplay photos and videos
v) Introduction of the contents of this service using videos and still images taken during normal play

*For display, distribution, filming, etc. at events held by other companies, please follow the operating rules of each event.


4. Prohibited matters in the use of materials and derivative works
Any act or expression that falls under or may fall under any of the following items is prohibited.
(1) Any act or expression that violates the laws and regulations of any country.
(2) Any act or expression that offends public order and morals.
(3) That which infringes or may infringe the rights of others
(4) Usage methods and content prohibited by the terms of use stipulated in this service
(5) Contents that may damage the image of this service or deviate from the image of this service
(6) Disclosure of information that contains excessive spoilers of scenarios, stories, etc. within the Service or similar acts
(7) Unauthorized recording, capturing, processing, or redistribution of images, video, music, audio, etc. within the Service
(8) Processing of the material in the Service, such as additions, corrections, changes in color, or changes in aspect ratio
(*Editing such as partial excerpts from images or superimposing text on images is permitted.)
(9) Material that may cause misunderstanding or misrepresent the identity of the person managing the Service or the official name of the Service.
(10) Destruction of copyrighted works or related goods, or similar acts.
(11) Other acts that the Service deems inappropriate.

5. Changes to the Guidelines
The Service may change the Guidelines at its discretion. In the event of a change to these guidelines, a notice period will be given, and the fact that the guidelines are being changed, the content of the changes, and the effective date of the changes will be posted within the service, on the service's official website, and other appropriate locations, or publicized by other appropriate means.

Please read the Terms of Use as well as these Guidelines before using the materials or creating derivative works. Please note that we do not accept permission confirmations or requests for supervision regarding derivative works based on these guidelines.
If you are unsure about any actions not described in these guidelines, please refrain from using the service.
In addition, this service cannot handle disputes between customers, so please resolve such disputes between the parties concerned.

Paradox Live Supporting Advertisement Rules 
These rules apply to supporting advertisements (hereinafter referred to as "Supporting Advertisements") for Paradox Live (hereinafter referred to as "Paradox Live"). (hereinafter referred to as "Paradox Live Supporting Advertisements") to you (hereinafter referred to as "submitting advertisements"). (hereinafter referred to as "Advertiser") for (hereinafter referred to as " Supporting Advertisements"). The terms and conditions for submitting Supporting Advertisements ("Supporting Advertisements") for ("") are set forth below.
Paradox Live When applying to submit a Supporting Advertisement, please read these terms and conditions in their entirety and comply with the following items. When you apply to submit a supporting advertisement to Paradox Live, you will be deemed to have agreed to all of these rules.

All matters related to Paradox Live Supporting Advertisements based on these rules are the sole responsibility of G-Crest Corporation ("G-Crest") and Avex, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "G-Crest") and Avex, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Avex") entrust the management of all matters related to jeki support advertisements to JR East Japan Planning Co. The Jeki Supporting Ads Office accepts applications, provides usable materials, and examines, approves, and supports the content of ad placements with the approval of JECRESTO and Avex.

What is "Supporting Advertisement"?
You can post ads to support your guesses, such as "Congratulations on the concert" or "Happy Birthday".
Fans can select the location and design the advertisement according to the content and purpose of their support.
This culture originated from Korean idol fans and has been used in Japan as well, mainly in traffic and outdoor advertisements in stations, trains, and billboards in the Tokyo metropolitan area.

[Materials available for use
Paradox Live Materials that can be used when submitting support ads (hereinafter referred to as "usable materials") are as follows. The materials that can be used when submitting an advertisement for (hereinafter referred to as "usable materials") are as follows
(1) "Paradox Live" title logo
(2) "Paradox Live" team logos
Please refrain from using materials obtained from SNS or websites.

We do not provide official character materials. Please create your own designs.

Use of derivative works is prohibited.
The contributor may use derivative works created in compliance with the content guidelines published by Paradox Live on the Paradox Live Supporting Advertisements.
Regardless of whether or not the above guidelines are complied with, the jeki Supporting Advertisements Office may not grant permission for works that are deemed to be inappropriate for the image.
The use of derivative works created by a third party without the consent of the third party is prohibited. If you wish to use a derivative work created by a third party, you must obtain the permission of the third party in advance. In the unlikely event that a problem or dispute arises regarding the derivative work, you are responsible for handling and resolving the dispute at your own expense.
Paradox Live Paradox Live (Secondary creative works used in the Paradox Live Supporting advertisements may only be used in the Paradox Live Supporting advertisements, and secondary creative works already used or planned to be used for other purposes, regardless of the media, may not be used in the Paradox Live Supporting advertisements).

Necessary Information
Please be sure to include the following items on the Paradox Live Supporting Advertisement.

(1) "Paradox Live" title logo
(2) "© Paradox Live 2024" copyright notice
(*The year at the end should be changed according to the time when the advertisement is to be posted.
③ "Organization name" which is the advertiser's name, and contact information such as the organization's contact e-mail address
④ Search window for the search word (Please write "Paradox Live" in the search window)
Use of official materials is optional.

Rights belonging to the contributor.
The copyrights (including the rights stipulated in Article 27 and Article 28 of the Copyright Law) of the Paradox Live supporting advertisement produced by the contributor G-Crest and Avex shall own the copyrights (including the rights under Article 27 and Article 28 of the Copyright Act) of the supporting advertisements created by the contributor, or they shall be transferred to G-Crest and Avex immediately after the creation of such advertisements.
The Submitter shall not exercise moral rights against G-Crest, Avex, or any third party designated by G-Crest or Avex with respect to the Paradox Live Support Ads created by the Submitter.

Prohibited acts
The following Paradox Live supporting advertisements are prohibited.
(i) Works containing obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, political, cruel, or offensive expressions to third parties, or other expressions contrary to laws and regulations or offensive to public order and morals.
➁ Works that include expressions that infringe on the property rights, intellectual property rights including copyrights, or privacy rights of Paradox Live, G-Crest, Avex, or other third parties
(iii) Works that damage the image or reputation of Paradox Live, G-Crest or Avex.
(iv) Other works that include expressions deemed inappropriate by the Jeki Supporting Advertisement Office.
The use of materials available at Paradox Live for any purpose other than the placement of Supporting Advertisements is prohibited.
The Jeki Supporting Advertisement Office reserves the right to designate any other acts that it deems inappropriate as prohibited acts.
If the Secretariat deems that any of the above-mentioned prohibited acts apply, the Secretariat may revoke the permission to submit the Paradox Live Supporting Advertisement even after the permission to submit has been granted. G-Crest, Avex, and the jeki Supporting Ads Office shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the submitter as a result of the revocation of the ParadoxLive Supporting Ad submission license due to such prohibited acts.

Disclaimer
The submitter shall submit the Supporting Ads to Paradox Live at his/her own risk.
G-Crest, Avex, and the jeki Supporting Ads Office shall not be liable for any dispute arising between a Contributor and a third party in connection with the submission of Paradox Live Supporting Ads, except in the case of intentional or negligent conduct on the part of G-Crest, Avex, or the jeki Supporting Ads Office.
Paradox Live G-Crest, Avex, and the jeki Supporting Ads Office shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the submitter as a result of the submission of a Supporting Ad, except in the case of intentional or negligent conduct on the part of G-Crest, Avex, or the jeki Supporting Ads Office.
In the event that G-Crest, Avex, or the jeki Supporting Ads Office is liable to a Contributor for damages based on default or tort, G-Crest, Avex, or the jeki Supporting Ads Office shall pay compensation only for direct and ordinary damages actually incurred by the Contributor, up to the amount of the Paradox Live Advertising Fee that caused such damages. However, G-Crest, Inc. However, if G-Crest, Avex, or the jeki Supporting Advertisement Office has been intentionally or grossly negligent, such limitation of liability for damages shall not apply and the contributor shall be compensated for the damages incurred.

Cautions for raising capital through crowdfunding and other means
The distribution of physical goods in the form of returns is prohibited.
Only digital returns (e.g., data illustrations) and name placement in advertisements in support of the project are permitted. However, we ask that digital returns also be conducted within the standards of the Paradox Live guidelines for secondary works (https://paradoxlive.jp/news/detail.php?id=1104531).
When using name posting as a return, we prohibit the posting of handles, names, or names that fall under or may fall under the "prohibited acts" of this rule.
When using crowdfunding, please follow the rules of each platform. G-Crest, Avex, and the jeki Support Ads Office will not be involved in any problems related to crowdfunding.

Other notes
Minors are not allowed to submit advertisements.
Boryokudanin (organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, those who have not been a member of organized crime groups for less than five years, quasi-constituents of organized crime groups, and other similar persons) are not allowed to submit ads in support of the campaign.
G-Crest and Avex will determine the effective date of changes to these rules when: i) the changes conform to the interests of the advertiser; or ii) the changes do not violate the purpose of the transaction related to these rules and are reasonable in light of the necessity of the changes, the appropriateness of the changed content, and other circumstances related to the changes, In addition, this Agreement may be amended by publicizing the fact that this Agreement is being amended, the content of the amended provisions and the effective date of the amendment by posting the amended provisions on the official website of "Paradox Live" or a separately designated website, or by other appropriate means.
