We kindly ask all prospective attendees to review these details before purchasing tickets or coming to the venue.
[Fan merchandise]
To ensure that every guest can enjoy the performance safely and comfortably, the following guidelines apply to items brought into the venue.
Light sticks, glow sticks, and LED rings:
・Only official Paradox Live merchandise (please see below for eligible products) may be brought in and used.
・During the performance, each person is allowed to wave up to two light sticks—one in each hand.

Uchiwa (handheld fans):
・Fans brought in and used must be no larger than 30cm × 30cm (excluding the handle). Please ensure that any decorations do not extend beyond this size.
・Each person may only use one fan during the live performance.
・The use of luminous materials (such as phosphorescent materials) and highly reflective materials (such as mirrors or aluminum) is prohibited.
Notes regarding items you bring in:
Use of fan merchandise must not obstruct other guests’ views or cause any inconvenience.
When using these items, you must not hold them above chest level, lean out from your seat and hit others, or engage in any other behavior that disturbs those around you. Only official merchandise (light sticks, glow sticks, and LED rings) and fans are allowed to be brought in and used; all other fan merchandise is prohibited.
[Tickets]
Prohibition of resale for profit:
・Please refrain from purchasing tickets from sellers that violate the anti-nuisance ordinance.
・To ensure a fair and safe ticket buying experience for everyone, tickets purchased through this official channel may not be resold or transferred to any third parties (including friends or family) for any reason. This includes listing tickets on online auctions or selling them above the original price. Any attempts to resell or transfer tickets are strictly prohibited.
・Tickets must be purchased in the name of the person attending the event.
If the original ticket buyer is unable to attend, no one else will be permitted entry using that ticket. Please note that tickets that have been resold or transferred will be invalid and entry will be refused.
・We are not responsible for any problems resulting from tickets obtained through unofficial or unauthorized sources.
Forgotten or lost tickets:
・Please note that tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss, theft, or damage. If you forget your ticket on the day of the performance, you will not be allowed to enter the venue. Please note that copies or receipts will not be accepted for entry.
・If the ticket stub is torn off before entry, the ticket will be invalid. Tickets that have been intentionally altered, forged, or changed will also be considered invalid, and entry will be denied.
・For inquiries regarding tickets, please contact the ticket sales office where you purchased them.
[Attending the performance]
・Please note that preschool children are not permitted entry.
・Doors and seating are scheduled to open 60 minutes before the performance. Please note that there is no designated waiting area before the doors open, so we kindly ask that you arrive according to the scheduled time.
・We ask that all guests enjoy the show from their assigned seat.
・As a general rule, re-entry is prohibited.
・Restrooms are expected to be very crowded, so we kindly ask that you use the facilities before arriving at the venue. Please also note that restrooms will not be available after the performance.
・There are no changing areas available at the venue. Also, please refrain from changing clothes in the venue's restrooms.
・As the event will be held on a Sunday, heavy traffic is expected in the area, including around nearby sightseeing spots.
We strongly recommend using public transportation and allowing plenty of time to arrive at the venue.
[Performance guidelines and cheering etiquette]
To ensure a safe and enjoyable viewing experience for every customer, and to prevent any disruption to the performance, we ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following rules.
Please note that anyone who fails to comply with these rules may be subject to penalties, including removal from the venue. In such cases, ticket and transportation costs will not be refunded.
Performance:
・Standing during the performance is permitted. However, moving between seats or leaving your designated area during the show is not allowed. If we find anyone doing so, staff will issue a warning. Additionally, exchanging seats or changing locations with other guests is not permitted. Please enjoy the performance from the seat assigned to you.
*Please note for safety reasons, guests seated in the front row of the 3rd and 4th floors will not be permitted to stand during the performance.
・Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. The use of smoking areas is also not permitted.
・Please turn off your phone, alarms, and any devices that make noise during the show.
・Recording and photography are strictly prohibited inside the venue. If such behavior is discovered, you may be asked to leave or the performance may be canceled.
・To ensure the performers can perform at their best, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
Waiting for performers at the venue before or after the show / Handing out letters or presents in person around the venue / Chasing or stalking them relentlessly /
Unauthorized photography or recording / Making unnecessary noise or causing a disturbance
Not only do these actions cause inconvenience to local residents, but forcibly chasing after performers can lead to serious accidents and may result in injury to yourself. If such behavior is observed, our staff will intervene. Thank you for your understanding.
・Please note that latecomers will still be admitted; however, due to the nature of the performance, there may be times when seating is not immediately possible upon arrival. In such cases, you will need to wait until you can be shown to your seat. We ask that you please make every effort to arrive on time.
・Please refrain from talking during the performance.
・Please refrain from wearing hats or leaning forward during the performance, as such actions may obstruct the view of those behind or nearby and cause inconvenience.
・Running toward the stage, blocking aisles, pushing forward, climbing over barriers, running inside the venue or aisles, standing on chairs, and similar actions are strictly prohibited. These behaviors are extremely dangerous and can cause accidents or injuries, as well as disturb other guests. Please refrain from such actions at all times.
・Loud shouting, screaming, making loud noises that disrupt the performance, extreme cheering such as vigorously waving both arms from side to side, swinging your arms around, or arching your upper body, and excessive jumping are also prohibited.
・We cannot provide any information regarding the event’s production or performers.
・Please note that performers may change without notice.
・The scheduled opening and start times may change depending on the event’s progress.
・Please note that cameras will be recording inside the venue, including the audience area. Videos and photos taken may be used for broadcasts, streaming, or other reproductions.
・The event may be canceled due to weather conditions, performer availability, or other unavoidable circumstances. In addition, the performance may be interrupted or canceled due to natural disasters or other emergencies. Please follow staff instructions in such cases.
・Please be considerate of others by avoiding blocking passageways or causing inconvenience to nearby residents both inside and around the venue.
・Trading activities are also prohibited inside the venue and in the vicinity of the venue. Please note that if you are seen doing so, staff will approach you.
・Transportation costs to the venue and accommodation costs will be borne by the customer.
・The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue: cameras, video cameras, MD players, tape recorders, IC recorders, and other audio/video recording devices; laser pointers; fuels; large quantities of lighters or matches; knives, hammers, screwdrivers, or other items that could be used as weapons; and any other items deemed dangerous by staff.
・Cloakrooms and coin lockers are not available inside the venue. Large luggage such as carry-on bags cannot be stored at the venue. Please be sure to use coin lockers at nearby stations or other locations before coming to the venue.
・Leaving belongings unattended is prohibited as it may lead to theft. Please note that neither the event organizers, venue, nor performers are responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Alcohol:
・Bringing alcoholic beverages into the event is strictly prohibited.
・Please note that entry while under the influence of alcohol is not allowed. Venue staff may deny admission if they determine you are intoxicated.
・Underage drinking is prohibited by law.
[Celebratory flowers and gifts]
Due to limited space, we regret that we cannot accept standing floral displays or flowers for the dressing rooms. Additionally, all gifts, flowers, and letters intended for the performers will not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
[Additional information]
・Details about event merchandise will be announced on the official website and X once they are finalized.
・If you require assistance or guidance on the day, such as wheelchair access, please contact us in advance after purchasing your ticket. Please note that as a general rule, accompanying guests will also need tickets. (Due to spacing requirements, there is a limited number of wheelchair-accessible viewing areas.)
In addition to the above, please refrain from any behavior that may disrupt the performance. Please note that any injuries resulting from dangerous actions are your own responsibility, and the organizers, venue, and performers cannot be held liable.
If these rules are not followed, or if staff determine that your behavior is disrupting the event, and you fail to comply with staff instructions, you may be asked to leave the venue at the discretion of the staff. Unfortunately, this may also lead to the cancellation of the performance. We sincerely ask for everyone’s cooperation to prevent such situations.
