September 26th (Thursday) 14:00 - September 27th (Friday) 14:00
Please be sure to register your email address and password before the maintenance begins (for customers using X/Apple login integration).

■ Supplementary information regarding login integration (Added on August 23, 2024)
Here is some additional information about the login integration between X and Apple.
1) If you are using a login link, your email address may have been set automatically. Please check that the email address is one you can use to receive emails.
If the email address you have set cannot receive emails, change it to an email address that can receive emails.
2) Please also register a password.
3) Make sure you can log in with the email address and password you set.
If you unlink your account while you are unable to log in, you will no longer be able to log in.
*You can unlink your account after the transfer maintenance.
Please note that if you do not set an email address and password, you may not be able to recover your account at all.

I found out that I couldn't transfer my Apple link information when changing operating companies.
For this reason, even if you are using Apple login integration, please be sure to register your email address and password before the transfer maintenance.
*After the transfer, you can use the Apple login link again by logging in with your email address, unlinking your Apple account, and then linking it again.

We have decided to change the operating company for "Paradox Tribe" and "dope point site".
Accordingly, we will be transferring the user information we hold. With this transfer, the company that holds your user information will change from "Avex Fan Marketing Inc." to "G Crest Inc." For more details, please see this notice, so please read to the end.
There will be no change to the content of our services as a result of this transfer.
Please rest assured that we will continue to provide the same Paradox Live content even after the transfer.

The official date and time will be announced on "Paradox Tribe" and the official Paradox Live X account as soon as it is decided.
■ Change of operating company
Currently, "Paradox Tribe" and "dope point site" are jointly operated by Avex Fan Marketing Inc. and G Crest Inc.
After the transfer, G Crest Inc. will take over the services provided and information managed by Avex Fan Marketing Inc. and will operate them.
■ Transfer of User Information
The user information of the customers listed below will be transferred from Avex Fan Marketing Inc. to G Crest Inc.
- User information of customers who have registered with "Paradox Tribe"
・User information of customers registered on the "dope point site"
*However, this does not apply to customers who are registered on the "dope point site" but have never acquired dope points.
The user information to be transferred is as follows:
·email address
・Login password
·account name
・Dope point
- Apple account information (if you are using a linked account)
・X account information (if linked)
- AWA integration information (if you are using integration)
■ Abolition of X-Login integration
Regarding X login integration, there have been concerns for some time that updates on the X side could cause instability, but with this transfer we will be discontinuing it.
The account will be abolished during the transfer maintenance, so please register your email address and password before then.

Please register from within the app under Settings > Change Paratra Account/SNS Link.
・In the case of "dope point site"
Please register from MY PAGE.

- All information received from new customers who register after the transfer will be subject to the new terms of use and privacy policy of G Crest Co., Ltd.
- The new terms of use etc. can be viewed on each app or website after the transfer.
