A celebratory illustration for the Mid-Autumn Festival has arrived from China.
The Mid-Autumn Festival (中秋节) is on the 15th day of the 8th month of the lunar calendar. On that day, the moon is the largest and brightest in the year.
During the full moon of the Mid-Autumn Festival, people have customs of giving thanks for their reunions, thinking of their hometowns and loved ones, and praying for a good harvest and happiness.
In China, it is a traditional holiday that coincides with the Mid-Autumn Festival.
The origins of this custom date back to ancient times, all the way back to the Han Dynasty.
This day is a day to spend with family, and everyone gathers together to eat mooncakes and watch the moon. (There are various theories.)
To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, the two members of cozmez will be appearing wearing original designs that are an adaptation of traditional Chinese costumes!
Kohata drinking tea and Nayutaka eating dim sum will add color to the Mid-Autumn Festival!
